King Arthur Hotel

Create your own legendary memories by having your wedding at The King Arthur Hotel.

Our wedding venue and function room, Avalon, has played host to weddings since 2003. Avalon has a high pitched ceiling supported by an exposed French oak frame and the polished oak floor at the center of the room is bordered by Welsh slate. The beautiful arched windows overlook the surrounding landscaped gardens. It’s no surprise that couples come from far and wide to view our spectacular venue and fall in love with this special place.

In 2011, 2012 and 2013 we were awarded Best Wedding Venue in South and Central Wales at the Welsh National Wedding Awards Ceremony. And we are very proud to have won the 2013 award for the Best Wedding Venue in Wales. These awards are particularly important to us as they are a welcome acknowledgement of the years of hard work by all of our staff from the chefs and housekeepers to front of house and grounds men. We were also shortlisted in the top five of the Best Wedding Coordinator/s in Wales category for the past 4 years. The King Arthur’s wedding team offers a wealth of experience and personal service to all couples. We have a number of wedding coordinators to assist with the wedding preparations and to be on hand during the big day. We appreciate that each and every wedding is unique and we do not host more than one wedding a day.
