<title>Grand Pier</title>
<description>A wedding at the Grand Pier is anything but ordinary...

Standing proudly amongst the waves a quarter of a mile out to sea, the Grand Pier is home to a fun, vibrant and colourful indoor theme park with over 500 amusements and 13 thrilling rides. It's wonderfully British, right on the beach in Weston-super-Mare, and has super-duper views out to sea from every room. Plus, it’s almost guaranteed to be utterly different to anything any of your guests would have experienced before.

If you’ve visited the Grand Pier, you may be fooled into believing you’ve seen everything there is to offer, but there are some amazing spaces tucked away from the view of our day visitors, including the impressive Regency Suite with its own private balcony and panoramic views, as well as an exclusive use bar and space for up to 300 guests.

The Tiffany Room is also available for wedding ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests and is located at the furthest point out to sea with the best views in town (if not the whole of the South West!) We also have a wedding preparation room for any last-minute finishing touches, outfit changes or just somewhere for a little breather.

When it comes to food, there are so many options to choose from; you can treat your guests to seaside classics such as locally-sourced fish and chips, whippy ice creams and candyfloss on sticks, enjoy a deliciously indulgent afternoon tea with your choice of sweet and savoury treats, or you have the opportunity to create your own menus with your favourite dishes prepared by our super-star chefs.

Our dedicated and seriously talented wedding team can help to plan and organise your big day with you, and our packages are designed to ensure we have something for everyone’s tastes and budgets. But, most importantly of all, we are super-flexible, so if you have an idea, however quirky it may seem, we do all we can to make your dream a reality!

Sprinkle some seaside magic on your wedding day and say ‘I do’ with a day filled with fun, love and laughter (and maybe a few screams!) whilst giving your guests a day to remember.

Fun, quirky and unique seaside wedding venue, located one quarter of a mile out to sea
Theme park and amusement arcades (exclusive use available on request)
Beautiful, hidden-away ceremony and reception rooms for up to 300 guests
Right on the beach with the most amazing, panoramic views

<title>Abbey Hotel</title>
<description>Experience Bath’s elegant independently owned Abbey Hotel, situated in the heart of the UK’s favourite spa-break destination, with unforgettable views that extend out over the enchanting sights of the historic city centre. Owners Ian and Christa Taylor invite you to enjoy a memorable stay at the hotel, formed of three connected Georgian townhouses with art at the heart of their colourful and stylish contemporary décor.

Treat yourself to some culinary indulgence in the ambient Allium, with its rich pink walls, rustic gold drapes and a vibrant art collection. Allium’s head chef, Rupert Taylor, has 20 years’ experience, with an impressive culinary career rooted in Bath, and a Michelin background. Rupert has developed a distinctive style with a focus on simple food with brilliant flavours, using quality local and seasonal ingredients. Our wine list has been very carefully crafted to offer a wide selection of wines that suit the menu but also offer the opportunity to discover little known gems which are rarely seen on other restaurant lists outside London.

The hotel’s ArtBar extends a warm welcome to all guests, with a wide selection of bespoke flavours and timeless favourites. A talented team of mixologists are on hand to deliver a time-tested drinks menu of cocktails, coffees and bar bites, perfect for some early-evening temptation.

Every year, between April and September, the team at the Abbey Hotel transform part of Bath’s North Parade into a fabulous outdoor terrace complete with Mediterranean olive trees, vibrant wildflowers, comfy armchairs, heat lamps and flickering candles, all set against the backdrop of buttery Georgian stone.

One of Bath’s best-kept secrets lies just beneath the bustling North Parade promenade. Igloo, the hotel’s stylish vaulted venue, offers a uniquely ambient space by day or night with private booth seating, a lavish bar, a dance floor and a calendar of excellent live music. Originally an air-raid shelter, Igloo’s intimate setting can be adapted to a range of requirements, from fireside meetings and office parties to private dinners.

The Abbey Hotel makes an elegant setting for events, with dedicated rooms for special occasions, meetings and functions, so whether you’re closing a deal or celebrating with a loved one, there’s a perfect space waiting.

After the activities of the day are done, modern, peaceful and cosy bedrooms await you with luxury cashmere beds that are anything but ordinary. Our little extras go a long way, with guest service iPads, REN luxury amenities and super-fast free WIFI to keep you connected as you plan your next adventure. Families can keep young travellers happy with a spacious bespoke family room, nestled in the Georgian rooftops.

Hotel owner Ian Taylor says: &quot; We are keen to welcome people not just as transient guests but as friends, we genuinely want people to enjoy their stay in the city and have the best possible experience of the Abbey Hotel.”
