Send the same question list to every venue on your shortlist. You are testing clarity as much as price.
- Is the date exclusive to your wedding?
- What is included in the hire fee — and what is not?
- Ceremony licence status and maximum numbers indoors/outdoors
- Preferred and exclusive suppliers (catering, bar, DJ)
- Noise curfew and last-dance time
- Rain plan for outdoor ceremonies and photos
- Deposit, balance schedule and cancellation terms
- Parking, coaches and overnight rooms nearby
