Our service

The Ideal Venue provides an online directory of venues and suppliers. Listings, descriptions, availability and pricing are provided by third parties and may change. We do not book events ourselves and are not a party to contracts between users and listed businesses.

Accounts and listings

• You must provide accurate information when registering or claiming a listing.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• Listing content must be lawful, accurate and not misleading.
• We may edit, suspend or remove listings that breach these terms or harm users.

Paid features

Paid tiers and add-ons are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data in a way that harms the service, submit spam, or post unlawful or infringing content.

Liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for decisions made in reliance on directory content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
