About this venue
Moore Place is a charming, converted Georgian manor house hotel in the quaint little village of Aspley Guise but just minutes from the M1 and Central Milton Keynes. Where traditional elegance meets the luxuries of a modern hotel, the hotel offers the ideal backdrop for a wedding or special occasion, retaining many of the original period features such as the impressive front entrance with white-columned porch, grand sweeping staircase and open fireplaces. Outside is a pretty courtyard area with landscaped gardens and pond with cascading waterfall, perfect for photographs and adding to the tranquillity of the setting.
There are four individual function rooms available for events, each with a civil ceremony licence with capacity to hold from 8 - 70 guests for a sit-down meal and up to 120 in the evening, as well as 63 tastefully decorated bedrooms, all ensuite and with tea & coffee making facilities including a mixture of doubles and twins, two family rooms and four manor suites with a choice of either Four Poster or Sleigh Bed.
Complimentary, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, there is free onsite parking, 24 hour bar and reception facilities and the Greenhouse Restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with a selection of British and European food to choose from, as well as an extensive bar menu with light meals and snacks available throughout the day.
