Holiday Inn Maidstone-Sevenoaks - Not your average Holiday Inn. Step into the entrance with its large fire place, leading into the lounge and out into the Garden Room, ideal for a drinks reception or informal dining. Looking out onto the Court Yard and garden, a great back drop for any photos.
Relax in the knowledge your dedicated host will be on hand during your function. Holiday Inn Maidstone-Sevenoaks has two air conditioned function rooms both with natural day light, as well as the Restaurant. We are a licensed wedding venue, for ceremonies up to 90 guests.
For a Private Dinner or Wedding Breakfast there is a choice of function room. The light and airy Restaurant with a feature fireplace offering a blank canvas for you to add your colour theme and personal touches. Whilst the Penshurst and Arundel-Scotney have windows the full length of the room allowing in natural day light and the Arundel-Scotney has the added feature of a private bar. The Function Rooms are all on the ground floor and have air conditioning.
Our facilities include 105 air conditioned bedrooms, Spirit swimming pool and fitness Club, Restaurant and Private Dining room. Free parking.

We offer Room hire, Day delegate rates and residential rates. From interview for two to a conference for 120 we have a meeting room to suit.
