The Talbot Hotel is a Grade II* listed building that has been fully restored. Classic British design meets traditional values of comfort and service in this elegant hotel. In addition to 26 individually designed bedrooms, The Talbot boasts landscaped gardens, the 2 AA Rosette fine dining Wentworth Restaurant, the informal Malton Brasserie, and Malton Cookery School.
Located in the heart of the North Yorkshire market town of Malton, just 20 minutes from the city of York, visitors here are spoilt for choice of things to see and do.
In addition to the Wentworth Private Dining Room, which is situated inside the hotel, there is also the stunning York House event venue located in the grounds, next door to the main hotel. York House is a 300 year old building, and, combined with its own marquee, can accommodate up to 150 guests.
