Wincham Hall Country Hotel is a beautiful venue for weddings, conferences, Christenings and functions with a family run ambience and exclusive use of our venue. We also have 11 ensuite bedrooms overlooking the 5 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens. Weddings We offer various wedding packages including our "Informal Package", "The Wedding Parcel" and "The Platinum Package". We are also licensed for Civil Ceremonies and partnerships. We can cater for small intimate wedding breakfasts through to banquets up to 100 guests day time and 140 to 160 evening. Here at Wincham Hall country Hotel we only cater for one wedding per day therefore giving you exclusive use of the hotel and gardens. Whatever the season, a wonderful wedding and reception awaits you at Wincham Hall. Our experienced wedding co-ordinators are here to help to ensure that your wedding day is a venue and wonderful experience. Conferences & Meetings Thinking of holding a business conference or meeting? We take pride in the professional and friendly customer service we deliver to all our customers. We have three rooms in which to hold your meeting: * The Wincham Suite can hold up to 100 delegates theatre style. * A smaller room for more private meetings up to 12 boardroom style or a small comfortable lounge for private one to one meetings. There are no hidden costs enabling bookers to stay within budget and enjoy a stress free conference. Our very competitive rates include hot beverages, equipment hire and room hire. We also offer a lunch package. Up-to-date facilities including projector, screen and DVD with surround sound. The hotel also has wi-fi in all public areas. Private parties We can can provide a beautiful selection of catering options to suit you if you are celebrating a birthday, engagement a wedding anniversary or indeed any other occasion we would love to host your event here at Wincham Hall Country Hotel.
