Alsager Civic

Alsager Civic is the perfect venue to host a bespoke Civil Ceremony, Wedding Breakfast and or Reception. We offer exclusive use of the venue which can accommodate comfortably between 40 and 300 guests. Within this we offer three adaptable rooms, our first is the large main hall, known as the Robert Heap Hall. This room alone can accommodate a civil ceremony for up to 300 guests and a formal wedding breakfast for up to 200 guests. The versatility of the building also allows the use of two additional rooms either for smaller parties or great additional extra's such as children's entertainment space, photo booths, quiet areas etc. The impressive Robert Heap Hall has a fabulously large dance floor, stage area, access to our fully licenced bar (competitively priced), PA and sound system and professional lighting. The Lawton Suite is a more intimate room which can accommodate smaller Civil Ceremonies and Wedding Breakfast for around 40 guests. The VIP Bar Lounge is a more remote room adjoining the Robert Heap Hall, again ideal as a quieter area, or great location for a photo booths and candy carts or children's entertainment space. In addition, we also have a fantastic reception foyer to make a grand entrance, which can also be utilised for a drinks reception. All of our facilities are also on one level providing full disabled access. Perhaps one of our most unique and favourable points is that our couples have the flexibility to bring in their own caterers to use our fully equipped kitchen. We can provide recommendations for local caterers and other suppliers such as venue dressers, flowers, DJ’s and other forms of entertainment. The Civic is in the heart of Alsager and features a beautifully landscaped green area out the front perfect for photographs. With easy access from the South Cheshire, The Potteries and 5 minutes from the M6, it also boasts a large free car park to the rear. If your guests opt for an alternative method of travel, there is close rail links and recommended local accommodation. We offer support with planning and coordination, and a member of staff will be present on your special day to offer assistance.
