About this venue

The Station Hotel is a historic building, located in the heart of Perth, just a minute’s walk from town centre, the theatre, concert hall and the River Tay. With fantastic transport links, the hotel has its own car park for over 100 cars and is situated next to both Perth railway and bus stations. The hotel boast 70 bedrooms and most spectacular function rooms north of Edinburgh. We offer large, comfortable, spacious rooms in a historic building at affordable prices. No shoe box rooms here. High ceilings and space to move. Being a former British Railway hotel too, a recent guest called the hotel “the affordable Gleneagles”. Yet all our rooms have new mattresses, Sony TVs and share a private 100 MB fibre-optic line, so there is superfast WIFI everywhere in the building. The STARBUCKS lounge and garden bar look out onto sweeping lawns with outdoor eating. At night, dine in the the intimate Victoria’s restaurant, named after our most famous, regular guest, Queen Victoria. Perfect for weekday business stays, weekend girls getaways or boys weekends too. With its Ballroom, Grampian and Methven rooms, it is an ideal location for events for up to 1,000 people, especially where overnight accommodation and great food are required. The Station Hotel hosts weddings, parties, conferences for hundreds of people, as well as small events including dance evenings, parties, religious festivals and many others.
