Completed in 1673, it is full of character and charm as well as being extremely well equipped with high spec facilities. This hidden gem, located right next to St Pauls’ Cathedral, is flexible and therefore imminently suitable for a diverse range of events. The four interconnecting rooms as well as the beautiful secluded garden offer a magnificent setting for any occasion including corporate presentations and conferences, AGMs, dinners, summer parties as well as private parties and weddings. Weddings When hosting a wedding or celebration, you need true flexibility and privacy. Stationers’ Hall stands out from other unique venues in that we can take bookings seven days a week, for daytime or evening events. The venue is available for exclusive hire so you can relax in the knowledge that you will have our dedicated team’s undivided attention. Licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, the venue is perfect for both ceremonies and receptions. Should you wish to hold your ceremony at Stationers’ Hall, the elegant Court Room can accommodate up to 120 guests or up to 200 in the magnificent Livery Hall. If you choose to have a Church wedding, St Martin within Ludgate provides the perfect blend of rich history and culture with a contemporary feel. A private door ideally leads onto Stationers’ Hall’s beautiful Garden, the perfect setting for your evening celebrations. The Stationers’ Garden is a secluded haven within the City of London. It is an ideal space for a wedding reception and a beautiful setting to capture your special moments. Should the weather be inclement (or in winter months), the Court Room or Stock Room are also perfect for your drinks reception. The wedding breakfast can take place in the Main Hall which can accommodate various table set-ups using either long tables (up to 200 guests) or round tables (up to 150 guests). Dancing is permitted in the Hall or the Stock Room. Meetings & Conferences With our unique suite of inter-linking rooms and flexible layouts, Stationers’ Hall is the ideal location for meeting and conference events. Be it your Annual General Meeting, conference, away day or a product launch for example, our experienced and enthusiastic team can help arrange that personalised and perfect event. The Main Hall can seat up to 200 in a theatre style layout or up to 96 in cabaret style. The beautiful Court Room (which overlooks our Garden) can seat up to 120 in a theatre style layout. Stationers’ Hall also manages the Stationers' Hub in the neighbouring church, St-Martin-within-Ludgate. These rooms are ideal for smaller meetings, conferences and training days for between 12 – 50 people. All of the rooms within Stationers’ Hall and the Stationers' Hub are equipped with Wi-Fi internet access. The Wi-Fi connectivity allows each event to access the internet for web browsing, instant messaging and for broadcasting. Summer Garden Parties Tucked away, yet in the heart of the City of London, the secluded Stationers' Garden is an oasis, a perfect setting for client entertaining or for a staff soiree. Choose from a variety of catering options available including a Canapé or Bowl Food Reception or even a lively Barbeque. If you wish, you can also extend later into the evening and dance the night away in the unique setting of the Hall. The Garden can accommodate up to 200 guests under the impressive shaded plane tree. Should the weather be inclement, you also have access to the Court Room or Main Hall.
