Allium’s head chef, Rupert Taylor, has 20 years’ experience, with an impressive culinary career rooted in Bath, and a Michelin background. Rupert has developed a distinctive style with a focus on simple food with brilliant flavours, using quality local and seasonal ingredients. Our wine list has been very carefully crafted to offer a wide selection of wines that suit the menu but also offer the opportunity to discover little known gems which are rarely seen on other restaurant lists outside London. The hotel’s ArtBar extends a warm welcome to all guests, with a wide selection of bespoke flavours and timeless favourites.
