The menu gives centre-stage to Swainson House Farm chicken and Glenarm Estate beef, carved at the table and designed to share. HIX Art gallery in the basement is open all day every day and also offers an ‘industrial-chic’ event space with regularly changing curated exhibitions by emerging artists. Tramshed has a range of private dining spaces all with their own unique charm. With regularly changing exhibitions your party in HIX Art will always have a different back-drop, the mezzanine will give guests the best view of Tramshed and Damien Hirst’s installation. As the name would suggest Mark’s Kitchen Library houses Mark’s impressive personal cookbook collection, alongside artworks and curiosities. Here Mark hosts events, food and drink pairings and collaborative dinners with celebrated chefs.
