Located in the village of Bepton, only 5 minutes from Midhurst in West Sussex, Park House is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the heart of the South Downs National Park. It sits within 10 glorious acres of gardens and grounds and has stunning views in every direction with only birdsong to disturb the peace.
With its beautiful setting, wonderfully relaxing home-from-home atmosphere, flexible facilities and highly experienced staff; hosting a party, wedding or event at Park House is like being at home but with everything that a luxury country house hotel can offer to make it a truly memorable and hassle-free experience.
The hotel Dining Room and Conservatory are ideal for smaller lunches and dinners, but for larger parties, weddings and business use, the adjacent Sussex barn, with its beautifully timbered interior, can accommodation up to 74 guests.
The barn opens out onto the pretty hotel gardens and has stunning views of the South Downs beyond. In the warmer summer months, hosts also have the opportunity to enjoy their party alfresco on the garden terraces which surround the rear of the hotel and overlook the gardens and grounds.
If looking for added privacy for your party, Park House can be hired on an exclusive-use basis where you will get exclusive use of the hotel, its 21 en-suite bedrooms in the main hotel and three adjacent cottages, its dining and leisure facilities and use of, but not exclusive use of, its intimate and luxury spa.
The hotel has an exceptional range of country house sports and facilities to enjoy during the summer months including two championship-standard grass tennis courts, a 6 hole 18 tee par 3 golf course (year round), putting green, bowls and croquet lawns, as well as indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools.
Capacities: parties maximum of 100 / weddings maximum 74 with exclusive use of the hotel / boardroom meetings maximum of 12 / business conferences for a maximum of 64 / shooting parties for a maximum of 45 overnight and 74 for lunch or dinner.
