Hey there, I’m Lucy, a wedding photographer from south London, but I split my time between London and Oxford. I love to photograph real moments, spontaneous laughter and gorgeous natural smiles. I approach each wedding with a creative and informal style that I feel is key to capturing you and your friends and family as natural and relaxed as possible. I started shooting weddings a few years ago and have covered a truly diverse mix of days, from a family farm in the peak district to an orchard on Mersea Island, a boat on the Thames to a wine cellar in Greenwich. From muddy weddings in fields to stylish stately homes. I love how different each day is when it has been filled with the personalities of the couple who are joining their lives together. Each day tells a story and that’s what I’m there to capture, from all the special moments to all the little details. Many couples have commented on how well I manage to blend into their day and they don't even notice there's a camera pointed at them by the end. One couple described me as a “long lens ninja” as I was so discrete that they almost forgot I was there, and on seeing the photographs were stunned by all the places I managed to be and all the moments I managed to capture. I love how unique every wedding is, from the dress to the personal details to all the new faces I have the pleasure of photographing and I can't wait to photograph more. It really is an honour to be invited into so many lovely couples special days.
