West Dean Estate, home to West Dean College and Gardens near Chichester, is the perfect setting for your wedding reception. This country estate dates back to the 17th century and exudes historic character and charm with award-winning restored gardens and stunning parkland views.
For a fabulous outdoor event, marquee wedding receptions are held on the picnic lawn or front lawn of West Dean Gardens, a spectacular location for up to 200 guests. The happy couple and their guests can explore the Walled Kitchen Garden and Victorian Glasshouses, the award-winning Sunken Garden and the beautiful 300ft Edwardian Pergola. The enchanting gardens provide a picturesque setting and are the perfect backdrop, offering idyllic photo opportunities.
