The Cold Ash Retreat & Conference Centre is an ideal venue for conferences, retreats and team building days with function and breakout rooms having natural light.
We have spacious facilities to accommodate conferences for up to 40 people. As part of this service, we can offer hearty home-cooked buffets or sit down meals in our bright and airy dining room. On site conference room has on-site projector, extra large TV screen, complimentary WiFi connection and loop sound system. There are five Breakout rooms. Complimentary tea and coffee facilities are available all day.

Equipment The conference room offers all you would expect from a first class venue including: projector, flip chart, lectern, air conditioning and natural day light.
CD or DVD player can be organised. Photocopying by arrangement. Fax, outgoing by arrangement. Fax, incoming, free of charge. Our experienced Coordinator is available to assist you throughout.
Hire Full day 9am - 5pm Morning 9am - 1pm Afternoon 1pm - 5pm Other times by arrangement.
Catering All our food is all prepared in-house by our cook and is based on seasonal availability. All our eggs are produced on the farm. We are happy to accommodate your choice of dishes and can cater for special dietary requests.
Accommodation Our purpose built complex includes a large dining room, conference room, lounge, 3 small meeting rooms and clean, simple yet comfortable bedrooms. The accommodation comprises of 29 singles, 1 twin and 3 dormitories (14 beds).
You will find Cold Ash Centre in the beautiful countryside of Berkshire, near Thatcham, easily accessible from the M4. It is a place of peace and tranquillity.
