Truro School boasts some of the best sports, music, theatre, dining and residential facilities in Truro – all within a short walk of the city centre.
Rooms suitable for conferences and meetings are available to hire. Dining facilities for private receptions, weddings and parties are also available, ranging from small informal buffets to formal dining and an 8 room fully equipped music building with large rehearsal rooms, practice suites and pianos.
The School Chapel seats 200+ has a screen and projector with upstairs seating, suitable for weddings and concerts, equipped with a Mander Organ and Steinway Piano. The Burrell Theatre is a professional state of the art venue. The Heseltine Gallery is a multi-functional space with presentation screen and projector seating 80 people. The Old Sports Hall is now available to hire for concerts, fairs, dinners, receptions seating up to 700 theatre style or 400 cabaret style.
At Truro School we can accommodate up to 110 guests per night during school Easter and summer holiday periods in our comfortable and well equipped boarding houses. Each house offers a unique stay with a combination of triple, twin and single rooms, with shared bathrooms and communal areas. Whether you want bed and breakfast, or full board, we can provide high quality catering and service from the dining hall.
