The Victorian Barn is a venue with unlimited potential for all kinds of social functions and special events – from an idyllic wedding in the heart of Dorset to Medieval Banquets as well as anniversary or birthday parties and exhibitions.
Our superb leisure facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, outside hot tubs, gym, games room, outside table tennis table, play area and three coarse fishing lakes. We have ample free parking around the grounds and complimentary superfast broadband in all properties.
Weddings & Events Since 2009 we have been honoured to host many weddings, events, charity functions, parties and corporate events which are held in the wonderful Osborne Hall with its minstrel gallery, glass roof and underfloor heating.
We offer exclusive use of The Victorian Barn during Wedding Celebrations. We are also pleased to be able to offer the classic Garden Room with its underfloor heating and state of the art lighting. This is a separate function room perfect for all events including christenings, anniversaries, wakes and conferences. Civil ceremony capacities range from 30 guests to up to 180 guests.
The Victorian Barn surrounds itself in the best of the Dorset countryside, nestling under the hills of Bulbarrow. Rural charm oozes from the scene, there are many picturesque backdrops to capture your day, including a choice of lakes.
