Set on a historic riverside estate near Burnham-on-Crouch, the venue combines rustic charm with contemporary style, boutique accommodation, and warm, thoughtful hospitality.
We have two unique venue spaces that can be hired privately for events: • The Canary Shed – A stunning barn venue with space for up to 120 guests. Ideal for weddings, large wakes, and evening celebrations. Includes a licensed ceremony space, staffed bar, a range of catering options and an event coordination service. • The Doghouse Café at Parlour Cafe – A charming, informal space perfect for intimate receptions, daytime gatherings, and smaller events such as baby showers, private lunches or wakes. No hire fee and catering from just £10pp.
We are dog-friendly, family-run, and committed to making every event feel personal, easy, and memorable.
Creeksea Place Barns also offers stylish self-catering accommodation for up to 30 guests across eight individually designed barns. All stays include access to our on-site gym, hot tub, spa treatment rooms and scenic countryside walks through the vineyard. We also have a café on site serving breakfast and lunch.
