A 36-bedroom, 17th Century Manor House hotel set in six acres of stunning grounds overlooking the Stroud Water Canal and rolling hills of the Stroud Valley. Our attractive gardens and lawns are the perfect place for a peaceful stroll, glass of Pimms or game of croquet. In the main Manor House you'll find our restaurant, terrace, bar, conference suites, and some guest rooms. Our Garden Wing comprises further guest rooms and the newly-refurbished Caroline Suite offers extensive banqueting, wedding and conferencing facilities.

The unique Manor House and grounds, planning expertise and signature Stonehouse Court personal service will all ensure that your wedding day will be just as you dreamed it would be. Stonehouse Court offers a full range of options from intimate civil ceremonies to large exclusive-use weddings and marquees on the lawns.

The Caroline Suite
Our recently refurbished Caroline Suite serves as an exclusive banqueting room, providing the perfect setting for your drinks reception thanks to its air conditioning and state of the art PA system, as well as the all-important wedding photograph, thanks to its outstanding position and enviable views of our estate. Catering for up to 150 guests, it’s an ideal spot for a wedding breakfast or an evening celebration.

The Arundel
The Arundel room provides a romantic setting in the Manor house for up to 50 guests and makes an ideal space for meetings. It can hold up to 40 cabaret style, 60 theatre, a boardroom for 30, as well as corporate receptions, meetings day, and evenings for up to 40 delegates. The room is also well suited for private lunches and dinners up to 60 guests, boasting fantastic views of the gardens and Stroud valley.

The Crellin
The Crellin room, with its spiral staircase and oak panelled walls, is a perfect intimate dining area for up to 25 guests. Located on the ground floor with wood panels and mullioned windows, the room lends a special atmosphere to board meetings and private dinner parties, while also boasting private access to the hotel’s terraces and gardens.

Marquee Weddings
Marquees for 100 - 250 people can be arranged through our nominated supplier. Our special events team are always happy to provide further information.

Conferences & Meetings
As the largest conference and meeting venue in the Stroud Valley, Stonehouse Court offers facilities from 10 to 150 guests. From board meetings to product launches and awards dinners, we have a wide range of business and conference facilities to meet your needs.

The hotel offers a quiet retreat from the bustle of day to day office life and is the perfect environment to inspire fresh creativity and effective strategic thinking. We have all the facilities you’ll need including complimentary WiFi access throughout the hotel. Projectors, screens and whiteboards are all available for hire.

Stonehouse Court Hotel has 3 fully equipped conference suites all of which have direct access to our terrace and gardens, perfect for a team building event or alfresco drinks and an evening party in the summer.

You will find us receptive to new ideas, welcoming to special requests and keen to do the little things that make hosting your event with us just the way you like it. Our conference and events co-ordinator is on hand at all stages to offer advice and personal service and help ensure your day runs smoothly.

Stonehouse Court is an ideal location for birthdays, parties, anniversaries, as well as all manner of family events, from retirement dinners to bar mitzvahs. One of the foremost venues in the Cotswolds and South West, we can accommodate events of all shapes and sizes, ranging from 10 up to 200 guests.
