Weddings The gardens are filled with flowers in anticipation of your celebrations, and as one of the few locations in Kent that’s licensed for civil wedding ceremonies, renewal of vows and civil partnerships, Donnington Manor Hotel provides both a beautiful location and a complete service, allowing you and your guests to enjoy your day as well as the planning process leading up to it.
Ceremonies are held in either the Riverhead Suite or the Cromwell Suite on any day of the week. The Riverhead Suite can accommodate up to 120 people while smaller occasions are perfectly suited to the Cromwell Suite which holds up to 70 people.
Following the ‘I dos’ the dedicated wedding planning team will tailor packages for both daytime and evening receptions, offering catering from canapés to buffet wedding breakfasts and silver service, and accommodation for you and your wedding party as required. Donnington Manor Hotel also hosts a number of wedding fairs throughout the year to help you begin your wedding planning journey.
Meetings & Conferences Catering to business functions large and small, Donnington Manor Hotel has conference facilities for up to 120 delegates. There are two conference suites; The Cromwell Suite on the ground floor, which provides space for up to 60 people in theatre style, and The Riverhead Suite which accommodates up to 160 also in theatre style. There are other smaller rooms available for hire as well.
Presenting your meeting or conference in the way that most suits your event, Donnington Manor Hotel offers banquet, boardroom, classroom, theatre and u-shape layout options for each room, as well as catering options for morning breakfast meetings, buffet lunches or wine and nibbles for evening occasions.
Services available to facilitate your working visit include free wifi in all rooms, an LCD projector, fax machine, flip chart, OHP, photocopier, screen, DVD player, whiteboard and a television. We also offer preferential day delegate and 24 hour rates.
In addition to the conference facilities themselves, there are 120 free parking spaces available at the hotel, and those looking for overnight delegate accommodation are welcome to make arrangements to stay in one of the hotel’s 63 contemporary bedrooms.
Dining As old as this picturesque Tudor manor house is, the restaurant has been an active part of it for more than 600 years. Continuing the tradition of hospitality, today it offers a fine dining, Italian twist to a menu of classic favourites.
During your visit you can indulge in a three course meal or even a seven course tasting menu in the main Osteria Chartwell Restaurant, where local ingredients are woven into a prized seasonal menu, or for lighter meals and drinks head to the Spectrum Lounge and Bar where a buzzy modern ambience sets the scene for sharing platters and an aperitif.
No visit to rural England would be complete without afternoon tea, and bringing bubbles and sweet bakes to the table, Donnington Manor Hotel offers a charming afternoon tea as well, complete with sandwiches,
