The Beaverwood is an exceptional venue set in extensive private grounds just off Beaverwood Road in Chislehurst, Kent. Whether it’s for a milestone birthday, wedding, engagement party, school prom, or other special celebration, our beautiful venue offers a large modern space for hire allowing you to style it to your theme.
The Beaverwood can accommodate up to a maximum 150 guests for a formal sit-down meal and up to 330 for an evening reception. Resembling a marquee, this beautiful room is fully air-conditioned/heated and features two well stocked bars, one at each end of the room, and a dance floor complete with disco lights.
The entrance lobby offers a perfect space for an inside drinks reception and photo booth which we have available to hire in-house. We offer high end external catering through our suppliers, Relish.
If you are planning to get married, The Beaverwood is licensed to hold civil ceremonies either in the Club House, or in our gorgeous outdoor pagoda (May - September).
Our immaculate grounds are perfect for playing games, socialising or just sitting and enjoying the space. There are outside tables and chairs with parasols, as well as a seating area on the terrace complete with outside heater should it get a bit nippy in the evening.
The Beaverwood is conveniently located just off the A20 and 12 miles from central London. The nearest stations are Chislehurst or Sidcup. The M25 is ten minutes away and there are hotels nearby for anyone requiring an overnight stay. There is also ample on-site parking available.
The Beaverwood is pleased to be a member of the Chislehurst Business Group and to have been a finalist in the Kent Wedding Awards. We have been awarded a Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor and have also been awarded a 5-star rating for food hygiene by the Food Standards Agency.
