Boasting incredible panoramic views over the course, the Valance Suite can accommodate large ceremonies, wedding breakfasts and evening receptions. For weddings, Westerham offers four Wedding Packages with varying options for food and catering, each of which presents excellent value for money and can be tailored to suit your taste or budget. Alternatively, the in house events team will be happy to work with you to design a bespoke package to suit you. Similarly, recognising the specific needs of the Asian, African and Caribbean ceremonies, special arrangements can be made to accommodate.
The Valence Suite is an airy, modern and tastefully decorated suite overlooking the course and has all the necessary amenities for a large celebration including a private bar area, private lounge area, dance floor and air conditioning. Large windows allow light to flood the room and open onto a full length balcony boasting an impressive view of the lakes & fountains of the 9th and 18th greens. Westerham Golf Club is capable of accommodating lavish Asian Wedding celebrations; the Valence Suite is able to accommodate 200 guests for a wedding breakfast on round tables and 300 for a buffet reception. Outside caterers are permitted, meaning that Asian weddings can use authentic food as they wish and the venue can also be hired for a 12 hour period to accommodate extended celebrations.
Tasting events are offered to all bride and grooms booking the venue and a comprehensive children’s menu is also available.
With two courses - one 18 hole and one 9 Hole, Par 3, the Club lends itself to corporate team building events and fundraising days, when use of the events suite is included. Our staff will be happy to tailor a day that suits your needs both on and off the course and can offer golf tuition (both indoor and outdoor), golf competitions/games and more.
Off the course, our facilities include projectors, free wi-fi and catering and our events staff will be happy to assist with any other requirements you may have for the day.
During Summer 2018, the opening of a two-storey extension will provide the addition of two smaller suites each accommodating up to 70 guests at both ground and first floor levels.
There is no accommodation on site, but the staff can recommend good local hotels in Westerham and the surrounding areas.
