This magnificent Grade II listed building was a former church and has now been converted to a wedding venue. The unique interior structure of joinary and woodwork encompassed by its majestic exterior design, surrounded by a lush landscape will leave you in awe. We can cater up to 250 guests for weddings, receptions and parties.

Weddings We cater for all sizes of weddings, from intimate gatherings for say 50 guests to larger gatherings for up to 500 guests. The room will be lit up with ambience coloured lighting to complement your colour theme and your guests will be entertained in the most stunning, elegant and refined surroundings. We can offer you venue hire only or a full service including catering.
Corporate Events Set in the city centre of Leicester which is ideally located in the Midlands, with close by railway and motorway links, this historic landmark is an ideal as well as unique setting for any corporate event. We can comfortably accommodate between 50 - 500 delegates. Exhibition space, OHP, flipcharts and any other technical equipment required can be arranged on request.
For these kinds of events we are happy to arrange catering be it coffee and biscuits, finger food buffet or a full three-course lunch or dinner. Fashion Shows The setting of The Empire is perfect for fashion shows. With a large stage and a changing area, you can show off your latest designs on our walk way aisle measuring 27 meters. In the past, well-known Asian fashion designers from Leicester's Golden Mile have showcased their latest collections, as well as traditional African designers and prominent high-end boutiques have also chosen The Empire to launch their designer collections.
