Barbacoa was established in 1979 and remains Crosby & Waterloo's premier function and live entertainment venue, restaurant and bar. The Blundell Room was added in 2003 and is recently refurbished to a high standard, catering for up to 150 people for both day and evening wedding receptions and all night time functions. Unlike most function rooms, Barbacoa has a state of the art Sound System, lighting and lasers fully fitted as well as a full dance floor. Catering is in house from our team of experienced chefs and we can cater from a small buffet up to banquets and sit down meals.
