Our 3 day wedding experience provides the perfect opportunity for you to immerse yourself in the breathtaking Northumberland countryside. We have brought something truly unique to the North East, where all your friends and family can reside in the same beautiful location within our stone built holiday cottages. Due to a high level of unprecedented demand we are now also offering a 1 day option for couples looking for a little more flexibility without compromising the outstanding beauty, impeccable service and limitless opportunities for creativity the venue has to offer. Ultimately we want to give you that fully tailored experience that let's you make your wedding your own.
Our venue consists of the following -
- The Great Barn housing 180 sit down dining guests under beautiful oak beams with views over the countryside, but can be perfect for a more intimate congregation. - The Cart Shed - an area for a small ceremony or comfy seating for guests just off The Great Barn. - The Turnbull Bar, a fully stocked bar, competitively priced for guests which supplies your wedding drinks packages - we have a 2am alcohol and entertainment licence! - The Baldy Reiver, our second bar, located within the Great Barn – stocked with the finest local gins and specialist vodkas. - Seven self-catering holiday cottages sleeping up to 40 people less 20 yards from the great barn-wedding venue. - A stunning bridal suite - large bedroom, bathroom and kitchen come sitting room. - The Threshing Hall - a beautiful stone room with capacity for 160 guests. - Doxford Lake - a stunning area for photos! - The Farmhouse Gardens and lawns, for speeches, drinks reception and photographs. - Ample car parking close to the venue and cottages.
