Allium’s head chef, Rupert Taylor, has 20 years’ experience, with an impressive culinary career rooted in Bath, and a Michelin background. Rupert has developed a distinctive style with a focus on simple food with brilliant flavours, using quality local and seasonal ingredients. Our wine list has been very carefully crafted to offer a wide selection of wines that suit the menu but also offer the opportunity to discover little known gems which are rarely seen on other restaurant lists outside London.
