Robert Denholm House is an exclusive Wedding Venue situated in Nutfield, Surrey, a mere 10-minute drive from the M25 and fantastic public transportation links. The house is a late Victorian mansion set within 25-acres of idyllic countryside with woodlands and even a Japanese garden; a perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs and champagne reception.
As we are independently owned, we are able to offer the freedom and flexibility to allow you to shape your day, your way. The possibilities are endless from funfairs to fireworks, arrival by wedding bus or helicopter, magicians to selfie mirrors and to either hold an outdoor ceremony or exchange your vows in one of our three elegant rooms. The Capenor Room is the original reception room of the house. This beautiful room features magnificent crystal chandeliers and can accommodate up to 112 seated guests. Alternatively, you may prefer the period features of the Belvedere Room which accommodates up to 75 guests or for an intimate ceremony, choose the Redwood Room which is licensed for up to 39 guests. Once you have said your nuptials, you could take full advantage of our well-stocked, fully-licensed bar in our grand galleried hall. And for larger weddings, why not hire a marquee. We are licensed for up to 4,500 guests, meaning that there really are no restrictions on the length of your guest list!
As Robert Denholm House can be treated as a ‘blank canvas’ for your wedding planning, we are very competitively priced. Our hire fee for a Civil Ceremony is £600, the Reception venue hire fee is £2,400 or alternatively our venue ground hire fee is £1,500. Please note that Marquee hire would be an additional charge. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
