Just a mile from the main A1M, 5 miles from Newcastle International Airport, 10 miles from the Passenger Port of Tyne Dock and 3 miles from the main line Railway Station in the centre of the vibrant City of Newcastle, the Ravensdene is the ideal base for organised Coach Trips, Sports Teams and Supporters, Historical and Cultural Groups and individuals, or Family and Group Holiday Parties.

For a relatively small and compact Hotel, the Ravensdene has an amazing range of accommodation for Special Functions.

From Small private Dinner Parties or Receptions, to events requiring up to 200 seated dining guests, the Hotel can provide the perfect venue.

The Dene Suite and the Harvey Suite make perfect settings for:-

The flexibility of the Ravensdene’s facilities makes the Hotel the ideal venue for Residential and Day-long Conferences and Training Events. The Harvey and Dene Suites can be adapted to cater for events of all sizes and in all room styles and lay-outs.
 
Conference and Training Rooms are all provided with Mineral Water, Cordials, Mints, Paper and Pencils, Overhead Projection and Power Point Facilities, Flip Charts and Pens. Meals, Beverages and Refreshments are tailored to meet the bespoke requirements of the Organiser with whom we work in tandem well ahead of the event. We are conscious that Conferences and Training Events are important aspects of the operations of Business, Commerce, Charities and the Public Services, and we work diligently to ensure that we provide the definitive setting for such events.
 
We are able to host weddings etc in marquees as we have ample grounds for one!!
