Our tranquil setting, amongst 2 acres of beautiful gardens and woodland with stunning views across the river Forth offers the perfect Wedding venue for both Wedding Ceremonies and Wedding Receptions.
For a grand formal occasion, our Alexander Suite is the ideal wedding venue, whilst our Conservatory is idyllic for more intimate occasions. We are also licensed for Civil Ceremonies to take place in our hotel, or, weather permitting, within our ’secret garden’.
Our Alexander Function Suite has a formal seating capacity of up to 100 guests and a total capacity of up to 200 for an evening reception. The Conservatory has a seating capacity of around 30 guests for a formal meal. Alternatively, if you would like to have your ceremony in the conservatory before enjoying your meal and evening reception in the Alexander Suite, an aisle layout can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Conferences & Business Functions Set in a picturesque location with ample car parking and easy motorway access from the M90, the Kingswood Hotel is ideally suited as a conference facility. Only 25 minutes from Edinburgh Airport and with a wealth of experience in running a variety of events from team building to product launches and seminars, we can deliver a personal touch that will differentiate us from the rest.
The Alexander Suite is the largest of our conference venues. It is completely self-contained, thus allowing more privacy during your event. The suite has unrivalled views across the River Forth to Edinburgh, making it one of the most attractive in the area.
Special Ocassions Our Alexander Suite can comfortably hold up to 200 guests and with its large dancefloor it is also suitable for Ceilidhs of up to 150 guests. The Conservatory is ideal for smaller intimate occasions of up to around 40 guests.
Birthday and Anniversary parties can be a wonderful opportunity to spend special time and celebrate with family and friends. We can help create a bespoke party with a menu that’s right for you from canapes & fizz to a formal sit down dinner, if required we can also help with discrete planning if you’re organising a surprise, we can even arrange entertainment.
