The Lloyd Thomas Centre (LTH) has a variety of suitable meeting spaces for large or small conferences conferences on campus. The LTH Centre is able to offer an all year conference venue which is ideal for both day and residential sessions. A popular conference venue in the Ceredigion area, hosting prestigious annual conferences and capable of holding large residential conventions during the summer months. During the summer vacations, The University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s Lampeter campus can host meetings varying from boardroomstyle for 10 people to theatre-style for 400 people in the Lloyd Thomas Centre.

• During the University’s summer vacation we have up to 450 well-appointed standard and en-suite bedrooms available for residential conference along with a range of further conference and meeting rooms.

The Arts Hall:
Holding up to 400 delegates in theatre style, the Arts Hall is a highly adaptable room with ample space for exhibitions, presentations and large conferences. Equipped with its own PA system it is also ideal for local Eisteddfodau and concerts. Set up in Cabaret style the Arts Hall can accommodate 200 comfortable. Disabled access through main doors.

The Old Hall:
The historic original dining room of Saint David’s College with wooden panels will hold up to 120 delegates in theatre style and, for that special occasion, is able to provide cabaret style seating for 50 comfortably. With its own PA system built into the lectern. Disabled access via chair lift.

Cliff Tucker Theatre:
Offering seating for 200, the theatre is ideal for conferences or lectures with guest speakers and is also ideal for conferences that require breakout rooms - there are three breakout rooms in the theatre all able to hold between 30 – 40 delegates. There is ample space for refreshments in the foyer as well as having its own toilet facilities in the building. Disabled access via lift.

The Old Board Room:
Providing a boardroom style meeting room for 20 delegates. Video conferencing facilities available on request.

The Founders’ Library and Ryder Room:
For that special meeting/presentation the Founders’ Library is able to provide theatre style seating for up to 50 delegates with comfortable settees for a relaxing informal cup of coffee. There is also the Ryder Room attached which is suitable as a breakout room for more private discussions. The Ryder Room holds up to 22 in boardroom style with beautiful leather chairs.

Video Conferencing:
A newly refurbished meeting room that includes video conferencing facilities are situated in our newly built Canterbury building on site. Providing a boardroom style layout for 20 delegates including a projector and presentation facilities ideal for all types of bookings.

Other rooms:
We have several other rooms available for conferences, events and meetings – ranging from small rooms suitable for 10 delegates to larger rooms suitable for 30 delegates.

Lloyd Thomas Dining Hall:
The largest catered venue in Ceredigion is a contemporary, light and airy room with patio doors leading to an extensive terrace. As well as being an ideal wedding venue, holding 270 guests comfortably, it is also suitable for conferences, events, breakfast meetings & receptions.
