The Beaufort Hotel is situated at the very centre of the historic border town of Chepstow. Popular with locals and visitors alike, the Beaufort is the oldest, continuously trading hotel in South Wales. However, the facilities here are all you would expect from a modern hotel, whilst still retaining the charm and character of a 16th Century coaching inn.
We offer an excellent restaurant with a sophisticated “A La Carte” menu, plus keenly priced Bar meals, available lunchtime and evenings. Our lounge bar is often busy, particularly at weekends. We regularly cater for groups of residents, golfers, racegoers (Chepstow Races are always popular) and walkers exploring the beautiful countryside. In addition, the hotel hosts many weddings and functions in the Florence Court banqueting suite.

The Beaufort Hotel regularly hosts weddings in our banqueting suite, Florence Court, and we have gained considerable experience in all aspects of wedding management, to ensure your day runs smoothly from start to finish.
We will give you help and advice every step of the way with menus, table decorations, place settings, flower decorations, music, entertainment and much more.
We can cater for buffets of up to 120 or sit down meals for up to 100. Although we have a variety of wedding menus, if you prefer to design a bespoke menu, we would be delighted to organise a meeting with our Head Chef, Justin Sterry, who will create and cost exactly to your requirements.

Just minutes from the M48, M4, M5, Chepstow offers a easy location thats easy to get to for everyone. We can accomodate over 100 guests in Florence Court our purpose built function room. Hot and cold buffets to suit all tastes are available and there is a private bar in the room.
Business Meetings & Conferences Within easy driving distance of Bristol and Cardiff and adjacent to the M4 and M5 motorways, The Beaufort is an ideal location for the business traveller. All of our 25 en suite bedrooms have TVs and telephones and many of them offer internet access. For the convenience of our residents we provide a hot room for email and WI FI communication.
