The Laing Art Gallery provides a beautiful city centre venue for events in Newcastle. The whole gallery is available to hire as a venue for social functions, drinks receptions and corporate events. Alternatively, you can hire a smaller space such as our restaurant or Marble Hall for an event. The gallery also has a self-contained Function Room available for hire.

Couples can host their wedding ceremony, drinks reception and wedding breakfast at the Gallery - there are a range of elegant spaces to choose from. The Gallery can accommodate up to 120 guests for a ceremony, up to 80 guests for a wedding breakfast, up to 100 guests for an evening reception.
The Laing is a Grade II listed Edwardian building, situated in a prime city centre location close to transport links and a variety of accommodation.
